 What is the current turn around time?

• 3-5 days to design & stitch out your order (does not include ship time)

How should I care for my embroidered items?

• We suggest washing items inside out in cold water with no fabric softener. Tumble dry on low for 10 minutes then hang dry. Lightly press with dry heat if needed. No steam.

Do you embroider personal items?

• We will embroider most personal items, some exclusions apply. Please contact us through email (singsmysew@gmail.com) or Facebook messenger. 

Do you offer local pickup?

• Yes, you are more than welcome to pickup your items from A Lux Boutique, 398 E Main St, Suite 117, Tupelo, MS 38804. Please select this option at checkout (no refunds on shipping fees once paid).

Do you accept returns?

• Due to the personalized nature of the items, all sales are final. We ask that you please triple check all spelling and order details before checking out. If there is a mistake on our end, we will gladly fix the issue.
